There are so many incredible celebrity costumes this year (we're still laughing about Camila Cabello's tongue-in-cheek non-costume), but we have to give Grace VanderWaal a special mention.
The brilliant 13-year-old vocalist of "City Song" took to Instagram today to show off her flawless Betty Boop outfit.
With a Betty Boop bag, short black wig, bright red lipstick, and massive artificial lashes — not to mention Grace's diminutive stature — it's a lovely, holiday-appropriate look.
In the comments area, one fan remarked, "Best costume ever." "THIS IS SO FREAKING CUTE," exclaimed another. We have no choice but to agree.
