She's returned! Grace VanderWaal, America's sweetheart, was the ideal choice to sing at America's greatest piece of Americana, the 90th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The 12-year-old winner of America's Got Talent drew the largest crowd of her life as she wowed the crowd with her own composition while playing the ukulele.

On Thursday, a familiar face appeared in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade in New York.

Grace VanderWaal of Suffern, the 12-year-old winner of America's Got Talent, performed for yet another new audience on the GoldieBlox float.

VanderWaal recalled about going to the parade as a 7-year-old on Twitter.

At 10:52 a.m., VanderWaal appeared on the show with her ukulele and cat earmuffs, singing "I Don't Know My Name" in front of Macy's landmark Herald Square headquarters.

GoldieBlox is a toy, game, and entertainment company for girls that aims to foster an early interest in engineering.

Grace's signature blonde bob was clipped properly in place, and she looked incredibly gorgeous. She kept warm in the chilly NYC temperatures by wearing a nice gray coat with lovely warm red earmuffs and matching fingerless gloves. Her charming outfit was completed by kitty cat ears. The pre-teen performed her best-known song, "I Don't Know My Name," which she performed on NBC's talent show during her ascent to popularity.

Grace was the perfect reminder of better and more hopeful times after the traumatic election season, which still has a lot of negative vibes in the air. Who can forget her meteoric climb to popularity, standing alone on stage with just her small instrument and powerful voice, performing songs she penned herself and winning America's hearts? Because of her talent, technique, and confidence, AGT judge Simon Cowell dubbed her "The Next Taylor Swift" on her first audition, and he was dead on, as she went on to win the million-dollar grand prize. She's officially made it to the big time with her participation at the Macy's Parade!
